I got tired of watching good tools collect dust.

Every team I worked with bought the right software. Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong. The stack was there. What wasn't there was anyone who could make it all actually work together. The CRM decayed. Automations broke silently. Reports that nobody trusted sat in dashboards that nobody opened.

Forecasts were built on bad data. New hires took months to ramp because the systems weren't set up to support them. Every quarter, someone would propose buying another tool to fix the problem the last tool was supposed to fix.

It's not a tools problem. It's an implementation problem. The people who can solve it, the ones who know how to deploy automation at scale, maintain data integrity, and build workflows that teams actually follow, are incredibly hard to find. Most companies end up with a Salesforce admin doing their best and a graveyard of half-configured integrations.
