- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel anytime from your portal or by contacting us. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
- Do I keep access to courses after cancellation?
- Individual course purchases are yours forever. Pro subscription gives you access to all courses while subscribed. If you cancel Pro, you keep access to any courses you purchased individually, but subscription-only access ends at the end of your billing period.
- What's the difference between buying a course and Pro?
- Individual courses are a one-time purchase for permanent access to that single course. Pro includes all courses plus articles, templates, and AI tools, everything on the platform.
- Is there a free trial?
- The first lesson of every course is free, and diagnostic tools are always free. This lets you experience the quality before committing.
- What if a sprint doesn't hit its success metrics?
- Every sprint includes a 30-day support period after delivery. If the system isn't performing to the agreed success metrics during this window, we'll adjust it at no additional cost.
- What happens if my payment fails?
- You have a 14-day grace period to update your payment method. Access continues during this period.
