What is a sprint?
A sprint is a fixed-scope, fixed-price implementation engagement. We deploy a production AI system into your organization in 14 days on average. You get a working system, not a strategy deck.
How long does a sprint take?
Most sprints are completed in 10-21 business days. The exact timeline depends on the sprint type and your team's availability for kickoff and review sessions.
What do I get at the end of a sprint?
A production-ready system running in your environment. Every sprint includes: configured tooling, documented processes, team training, handoff documentation, and a 30-day lookback analysis to measure results.
Do you need access to our systems?
Yes, we'll need appropriate access to the tools and platforms involved in the sprint (CRM, email, data sources, etc.). We work under NDA and follow enterprise security practices.
What if we're not happy with the results?
Every sprint includes a 30-day support period after delivery. If the system isn't performing to the agreed success metrics during this window, we'll adjust it at no additional cost.
Can we customize a sprint?
Enterprise members receive priority scheduling and can discuss custom scope and pricing for sprints. Contact us to scope a custom engagement.
Pricing & Membership
What's the difference between Free, Pro, and Enterprise?
Free gives you access to the site, free tools, and article/course previews. Pro ($299/mo) unlocks full articles, courses, templates, and the AI Revenue Benchmark. Enterprise ($2,499/mo) adds company enrichment, custom analysis, and dedicated support.
Do I need a membership to buy a sprint?
No. Sprints are standalone engagements with fixed pricing. Memberships give you access to educational content, templates, and tools , but they're not required for implementation work.
What does a sprint cost?
Sprint pricing ranges from $7,500 to $18,000 depending on complexity. Each sprint has transparent, published pricing on our services page. No hidden fees, no hourly billing.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your portal or by contacting us. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Annual billing is available for Enterprise accounts. Contact us to discuss annual pricing and volume discounts.
What happens if my payment fails?
You have a 14-day grace period to update your payment method. Access continues during this period.

We're model-agnostic. Depending on the sprint, we deploy systems using GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, or specialized models, whatever performs best for the specific task. We never lock you into a single vendor.
Will this replace our existing tools?
No. We integrate with your existing stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.) and add the AI systems that connect them. The goal is to make your current investments work harder, not replace them.
How do you handle data security?
